We send parcels using trackable postal service. You get a tracking number upon shipping so you can check where your shipment is at any time.
EU standard postal service does not accept insured packages for UK, Mexico, Canada and Norway. Some other countries may also be included.
Returns & Replacements
Shipments are insured against damage or loss where applicable.* Please check the items on delivery and contact your local post office if goods are damages or missing. Please contact us for any further information or mail.
Warranty conditions
The tint of the bow may slightly differ from the color displayed on your monitor. The draw weight of the given bow may differ about 3 to 5 # comparison to the ordered draw weight, in particular if the strength of the bow is high or if it is a composite bow. We give one year warranty for all bows. Our one year warranty covers only the bows strung with original string enclosed by the producer!
