THE BOW IN STOCK IS COVERED IN OX HIDE.
This is a shorter version of the Biocomposite Laminated Turkish bow. Precisely was created based on old Turkish bows, in original sizes.
The outer side of the bow is pressed sinew plate. The inner side is pressed „horn” plate, either completely black or lighter. The core is wood.
It can be covered in leather. In this case only the inner layer and the end is uncovered.
This is a really short bow, as a result very dynamic. Rather suitable for thumb release, can be drawn up to 30”. Using threefinger release its maximum draw length is only 28-29”.
Moreover it can be drawn very smoothly, due to the newest biocomposite technology.

This short Hungarian bow is made using the newest biocomposite technology. This allows the bow to perform well despite the smaller sizes. Moreover some of its features are even finer.
Compared to the original size (finding from the 8th century) it is made only a bit bigger.
Laminated bow; its outer side is a pressed sinew layer, its inner side od a pressed horn layer, which is stained. The middle layer is wood. The rigid tips and the handle are strengthened by horn plates.

Biocomposite Laminated Bashkir bow

This bow is relatively short, similar to the Hungarian bowtype. It is almost straight when it is unstrung, C shaped only a slightly bit.
The outer layer is a pressed sinew plate. The middle layer is wood. The outer sinew layer is amber coloured, half-transparent, the inner horn layer is colourful.
Despite the relatively simple unstrung bowshape it can be drawn particularly smoothly and has got very good features. Fast and accurate.
