Csaba Grozer Biocomposite laminated bows
New technology.
Actually it combines the laminated, the TRH laminated, the TRH Extra II laminated bows.
And to some extent the extra III bows as well. The bows made by this technology consist of the following materials: the middle layers of wood, the inner layer of pressed horn, while the outer layer of pressed sinew plate. These two layers are glued to the wooden plate by modern glue and the glued layer gets a fibre strengthening.
Due to these biocomposite materials and the modern technology these bows are faster then the simple laminated bows. They are appreciably soft and without any resonance when drawing.
These bows give almost the same shooting experience than a hornbow and even their appearance is similar, although the biocomposite bows are flatter.

Hello Tamas,
I like your new site. Nice job! Looking for a few more composite bows again, and for the price, the biocomposite bows seem great. I’ll have to get at least one just to try out the technology. I’m still a traditionalist, but as long as the materials are wood, sinew, and horn (all natural), I won’t complain, especially since they are about 1/3 the price of the extra III. I’ll be in touch. Talk soon, Carmen.

Great looking bows. Have a couple of questions. What is “sinew plate”, is it real sinew. What type of woods do you use? especially on the 40#. Thank you for your time

I received the Turkish bow this week and have shot it every day since. It is a wonderful bow to shoot with no stacking, no handshock, it is fast and accurate. Appearance is superb and very beautiful.
